Emergency Food Assistance
Kelly’s Food Pantry is the central El Paso food distribution center for the El Pasoans Fighting Hunger Food Bank. We’re proud to receive the majority of our food pantry’s resources each day from the food bank, and are extremely grateful for their partnership in fighting hunger in our community.
Pantry Hours / Horas De Despensa
Monday/ Lunes – CLOSED / CERRADO
Tuesday / Martes – 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
Wednesday / Miércoles – 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
Thursday / Jueves – 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
Friday / Viernes – 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
Saturday / Sábado – 9am to 12pm
Sunday / Domingo – CLOSED / CERRADO
Community members can visit once each week.
When you visit the pantry we will request your: name, address, # of individuals in household, and monthly household income.
Cuando visite la despensa, le solicitaremos su: nombre, dirección, número de personas en el hogar e ingreso familiar mensual.
We recommend you bring a form of identification when visiting the pantry – and a cart or box to take home the food you receive!

At Kelly, we empower individuals and reduce food waste by using a “consumer choice” model for our food pantry. Individuals can choose which of the available items they’d like to take home based on their personal preferences and dietary needs.
We rely on volunteers to help us run the pantry and both individuals and groups are welcome!
The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) is a federal program that helps supplement the diets of low-income Americans by providing them with emergency food assistance at no cost. USDA provides 100% American-grown USDA Foods and administrative funds to states to operate TEFAP.
